A great sauce for pasta or pizza!

Ingredients

3 cups frozen tomatoes
1 teaspoon sugar
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon Italian season mix
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

Combine ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
Blend with an immersion blender or send throgh a good mill.
