Welcome to the farm little girl! I am still shocked. Just the other day I was doubting if Plum was even pregnant. She wasn’t showing, Blue was wider. She had no bag but her vulva was pink. Yesterday she had been lying down more, which had me concerned. ⁠Now she is up and about! Such a healthy and strong girl.

My mom was the one to notice this little lamb out in the field. I ran out carrying my jacket but didn’t put it on. 🤦‍♀️ Did I mention I was in shock? I couldn’t believe Plum delivered right out there. Then, of course, I ugly cried.

We decided on a name for our sweet new addition. Penelope, Penny for short. Thanks for the idea @amely.lue. She is our lucky penny.
